The Harpeth River is on the backed of a few of the homes. Waterfront access is available which makes for easy access to boating and kayaking.

The location is very centralized to Franklin and Cool Springs. It’s just a few minutes to shopping and schools.
The Ugly
The big question for buyers is the consideration of being in a flood zone. Many of the homes are in a flood zone due to the close proximity to the Harpeth River. The largest flood to date for this fairly new community was in 2010. There were a few homes that had flood water come up to their garage. The homes that were vulnerable to flooding were fortified from that flood. Most of the homes in River Landing did not experience any flooding.
Outdoor Fun
The walking sidewalks and trails throughout will help keep you in good shape and provide a safe country setting to enjoy walks. There is no through traffic so your neighbors will be the most common people waving to you.
