When people wave at you don’t be rude and not wave back. If you drive by people wave at them. They’ll think you’re from the South. If you don’t wave that means you’re rude and you’re from New York or California so don’t do that.
One of the great things about the Governor’s Club is that it’s right on the golf course. Lots of people here own golf carts. They enjoy quite a bit of time on the course. Some of the homes are directly on the course. You can literally go right off backyard to golf.
The location is very centralized to Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville. As far as convenience, beauty and recreation go it’s a perfect choice.
One negative to consider is that the Governor’s Club is close to Concord which is a busy road. However, many of the lots here block the sound of traffic because of the situation of the lot and the trees. It’s got very mature landscaping throughout which is an effective sound barrier.
Even though Concord is a congested road area, it’s not as congested on the East side of the 65 where the Governors Club is located. Traffic congestion is typically where the shopping is located on the West side. If you’re concerned about getting stuck in traffic it’s not too bad on the East Concord side.
